License Agreement

1. Grant of License

Stade grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download and use the Stade application ("Software") on your personal devices for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to the terms of this agreement.

2. Restrictions

You may not:

  • Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Software.
  • Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Software.
  • Use the Software for any commercial purpose without prior written consent.
  • Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or marks on the Software.
  • Use the Software to violate any applicable law or regulation.

3. Intellectual Property

All rights, title, and interest in and to the Software, including all intellectual property rights, remain with Stade and its creators. This license does not grant you any ownership rights to the Software.

4. Third-Party Services

Stade integrates with third-party services including Spotify and YouTube. Your use of these services is subject to their respective terms of service and privacy policies. Stade is not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or content of third-party services.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Software is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Stade does not warrant that the Software will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Stade or its creators be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Software, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

7. Termination

This license is effective until terminated. Stade may terminate this license at any time if you fail to comply with any term of this agreement. Upon termination, you must cease all use of the Software and delete all copies from your devices.

8. Changes to This License

Stade reserves the right to modify this license at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of the Software after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
